YesWay welcomes La Cerca to Kansas City for an intimate night of desert-soaked psychedelic rock, shoegaze textures, and guitar-driven indie atmosphere.
Hailing from Tucson, Arizona, La Cerca has built a sound that feels expansive, hazy, melodic, and raw in all the right ways — blending psych-rock, ambient guitar layers, twangy pop hooks, and the kind of swirling dual-guitar energy that sits somewhere between the desert, the garage, and the dream sequence.
Opening the night is Chad Rex, performing a solo set to start the evening.
This is one for the guitar people, the psych-rock heads, the shoegaze softies, and anyone who likes their live music a little loud, a little weird, and fully alive in the room.
