Ticketing And Payments

Tickets for some events are sold directly on yeswaylive.com, and others are sold through Eventbrite. When you buy on our site, payments are processed securely by [Square. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers.

When you buy through Eventbrite, your purchase is also governed by Eventbrite’s privacy policy, and Eventbrite shares your order information with us so we can manage the event.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and serve you:

  • Ticketing and payment providers, such as Eventbrite and Square, to complete your purchase
  • Event promoters and performers, limited to what is needed to run a specific event, such as attendee names for a guest list
  • Service providers who help us operate, including our website host (WP Engine), email platform (Gmail), and analytics provider (Google Analytics). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YesWay Live, our guests, or others
  • Business transfers, if YesWay Live is involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction

Photography, Video, And Recording At Events

Events at YesWay Live, including performances in our Live Studio, may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded by us, by performers, or by their crews. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos, video, or audio recordings, and that these may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other channels.

If you would like an image of yourself removed from our website or social media, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it.

Email And Text Communications

We send marketing emails, such as show announcements and newsletters, only if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Text messages are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we will still send transactional messages about tickets you have purchased, such as order confirmations and event changes.

Data Retention And Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Ticket and order records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Inquiry messages are kept for 3 years. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (SSL) connections, a secure hosting provider, and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
